ArkCo Weekly News #3 Hey ArkCoNauts! Another week is wrapping up here at Handyman, hard to believe how close we are to Christmas now! Before the holiday mayhem takes over though, we're working harder than ever on Edge of Space, and on bringing more recruits into the community. Monday, we took a look back at our mech concept from very early on. If you've seen some of the trailers, and seen the mech in action, you can see how close to the original sketch it actually came. Concepts can change pretty drastically, but in this case we knew we had what we were looking for in one of our mech designs. We ultimately decided to go with more of a vehicle rather than a power suit. Everyone is anxious to get the game on Steam, and really see it reach it's full potential. Far from just stopping at simple mining with a pick, getting the rarest materials in Edge of Space takes a bit more power. The thumper will be an important part of obtaining hard-to-get resources, as it shakes them loose from the ground.
